Patricia Berg
CEO
Patricia is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of EXCELERATE. She is an expert at Career Services, delivering personalized solutions to help clients navigate their careers successfully. Pat was the owner of Career Partners International, Twin Cities for 12 years. Prior to that, she was the General Manager of Personnel Decisions Career Management and the Vice President of Outplacement for Right Management. Patricia is recognized for her incredible impact on organizational culture building.
Robert Brick
COO
Bob is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of EXCELERATE. He delivers customized business solutions that build organizational capacity. Most recently, Bob was CEO and President of Ally People Solutions where he orchestrated a merger with the new organization being rebranded as Accord and served as its EVP during the transition. He also served as a Public Policy Director with PACER Center and as Executive Director with The Arc of Minnesota and The Arc of Anoka County. Among Bob’s keystone accomplishments is helping organizations grow and become leaders in their industry.
Tamara Tasche
EXECUTIVE COACH/CONSULTING PSYCHOLOGIST
Tamara is a Leadership Coach and Consulting Psychologist. She provides executive coaching, leadership assessment, and career development services. Before joining EXCELERATE, Tamara was the SVP of Executive and Transition Services for Career Partners International, Twin Cities. She also worked for Personnel Decisions International and RSM McGladrey, where she oversaw delivery of assessment offerings. Tamara has significant experience working with leaders throughout the full employment experience – from onboarding to ongoing development and through transition to new employment. She is passionate about drawing out potential leaders and facilitating growth throughout their journey.
