Lessons from those whom you least expect

THE POWER OF THANK YOU

We are highly committed to offering world-class services

An unexpected thing happened when I went to my mailbox yesterday. There were two thank you notes waiting for me. One from a recent client, and the other from a former employee who recently celebrated her 20th work anniversary.

I rarely write thank you notes that you drop in the mail anymore. It’s so much easier to jump on my computer and send off an e-mail. I learned a valuable lesson yesterday. The way I feel when someone takes the time to send a note is far more compelling than when I receive an e-mail.
It might be time to bring back the thank you note.
